Shipping and returns
Shipping
- All products are shipped via USPS to the address specified at checkout.
- Orders will be delivered within 10-14 business days.
- If an item is returned to us as undeliverable within 12 weeks of the order date, we will attempt to contact you. When a deliverable address is confirmed, we will reship items to a valid address. Customer is responsible for shipping charges resulting from undeliverable addresses.
- Items that are unclaimed after 12 weeks from the order date are returned to our facility. In this case, please contact us via email or phone.
Returns
- We are dedicated to helping you create a one-of-a-kind keepsake!
- Any claim for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to support@honoredtoserve.com within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please DO NOT return the item(s) prior to contacting us for specific instructions on how to do so.
- Honored2Serve will gladly return or exchange items at no charge to the customer for any errors made by our staff in processing your order.
- Please contact us directly if your items have not been delivered within 4 weeks of the order date.
*Please note: we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on items that have been personalized.
