Shipping and returns

  • Shipping Policy

    All products are shipped via USPS to the address you specify at checkout. Orders will be delivered to you within 10-14 business days.

    When we receive a returned shipment, we will attempt to contact you. We will be responsible for returned items for 12 weeks from the order date. Items that are past that are no longer guaranteed to be available.
    If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

    Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

  • Returns

    We don’t offer returns and exchanges, as the items we offer are completely customized by you, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@honoredtoserve.com. We are dedicated to helping you create a one of a kind piece, made from the highest quality products.

    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you plan on returning an item due to a misprint, damage, or defect, please contact us prior to shipping the item back, so we can advise you on the proper course of action.

    Any reprint because of a spelling, graphic, or other design mistake made by the customer when creating their product will be covered by the customer.
